Today we were discussing how much money has gone in to Courage Homes. It sometimes feels that we are not using our money wisely since there are no girls here yet. We have continued to work on training and preparing the home, so it isn’t like the time is completely wasted, but still we desire to have girls here to work with. That is the real work. So today, as we thought about the money, we were reminded that “the girls are worth it”. They are so valuable that it doesn’t matter how much money it takes to wait for them to come. I mean, we will continue to use our time wisely with training and talking to other NGOs, but we will try not to fret about the cost involved in waiting, because the girls are valuable and they are worth the wait.
